What is LeTip?
LeTip is a professional organization of men and women dedicated to the highest standards of competence and service. Our purpose is the exchange of business tips. Members will, at all times, maintain the highest professional integrity. Each category is represented by one member and conflicts of interest are disallowed.

Why Join LeTip?
Exchange valuable business tips which turn into $$$. Members work to provide you with qualified business leads. Members provide access to clients you would not otherwise be able to contact. There are no outside speakers. Members identify themselves and their product or service at each meeting. You will be able to display your product or service on a predetermined schedule. No conflicts of interest are allowed. Your competition can't join once you've joined. Meetings begin at 7:01 a.m. sharp and conclude by 8:31 a.m. sharp and are brief and to the point. An inspector from LeTip will visit and confirm your place of business. You must be voted on to become a member. The format LeTip has developed is over 20 years in creation. It works! Each Chapter has a Board of Directors. Every meeting is conducted from a specific format.

How do I join?
Come to 2 breakfast meetings... the first as our guest and the second for $10, payable at registration. Fill out an application and arrange for an inspection. After an inspection, your application will be voted on by the group. Upon acceptance, a formal invitation will be issued for membership.

Any Membership requirements?
Open to all professionals, business owners, executives, managers and sales people who are not already represented in our group.

What is a Tip?
The definition of a qualified TIP is "a company or person who is interested in a specific service or product and is expecting a call from a LeTip member". There is no easier way to cement a relationship than by doing business with someone in the group, and no easier way to destroy a relationship than by passing a bogus tip. A tip is a qualified business lead generated from one member for another. Tip sheets are filled out and passed along at meetings to let the "tipee" know about the prospect awaiting their call!

When do I get to Showboat, Greet, and Speak?
The Chapter's Program Chairperson sets a schedule for the Chapter so everyone has an opportunity as they join the group. The first week you Showboat, second week you Greet, and the third week you are the Speaker.

What do I do when I'm asked to be the Showboat person?
Showboating allows each member to properly explain their business' service and needs to fellow members. Each week's Showboater is asked to arrive and set up their company's display of products or services by 7:01 A.M. SHARP. Making a real effort to "DISPLAY" your business will have an enormous impact on the amount of tips you receive from fellow members.

How long do I have when I am the Speaker?
7 minutes. Most Speakers receive more than their average weekly tip count at this single meeting.
